Supported Living

Being a tenant in our supported living accommodation means that our experienced staff can help you to become more independent by helping out with:

 housekeeping; budgeting; shopping; cooking; claiming benefits; accessing education & employment; taking part in or developing hobbies & interests (like exercise; going to the cinema; bowling; playing pool, golf, football, or arranging & going on holidays); accessing services & providers; moving on to more independent accommodation, and helping you to achieve all of your support plan outcomes.

 You will have a key worker, who will be your regular provider of support; they will be  responsible for ensuring that your support is always tailored to meet your needs.



Our 3-bedroomed accommodation is welcoming, accessible and convenient for local shops, services and transport into town and fitted out to a high standard and regularly maintained


All of our support is charged at £17.00 per hour at all times. If you require your support plan writing – this can be provided free of charge should you become a tenant in our supported living service.

Tenancy agreements in our supported accommodation vary according to the property, but all fall within Clients’ Claimable Rent Allowance.
